Biography

Marta Manzanares (Barcelona, 1977) graduated in Physics at the University of Barcelona, Spain (2005) and studied a Master in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at the same university (2008), focusing her research on gas sensors based on nanostructured metal oxides.Nowadays, she is doing a PhD focused on the obtaining of fuels through the photoreduction of CO2. This research is carried out within the group of Advanced Materials for Energy Applications, led by Prof. J.R. Morante.Marta has co-authored 3 scientific publications.
