Biography

Raquel Nafria (Barcelona, 1981) graduated in Chemistry at the University of Barcelona, Spain (2005) and got her Master in Chemistry at the same university (2010), in the group of Prof. N. Homs. In October 2005 she took a position as a laboratory technician in the group of Prof. N.Homs , in the Department of Inorganic Chemistry of the UB. Nowadays she is doing a PhD focused on the synthesis and characterization of bimetallic particles as catalysts for energy conversion and storage. This research is carried out within the group of Functional Materials, led Dr.Cabot.Raquel has co-authored over 2 scientific publications.
