Smartness Improvement in a Network of Buildings (NetBuild)

This project is a public-private collaborative project (CCP2021). The objective of this call is to support experimental development projects in cooperation between companies and research organizations, in order to promote the development of new technologies, the business application of new ideas and techniques, while contributing to the creation of new products and services.

The overall objective of NetBuild is to develop a scalable modular and secure IoT system (and applications based on it) to enable an advanced building energy management system (EMS) to improve the building’s SRI, involving the occupants in the energy management process. This system will allow individual prosumers to reduce collectively their dependency on the main grid by trading locally produced renewable energy between buildings.

The consortium is formed by AMPER S&C IoT SL (coordinator), EFIMOB Efficient solutions and IREC.
