The event to be held as part of Barcelona reAct, which is a Barcelona City Council initiative to reactivate the economy in the city and its wider metropolitan area.
From 13 to 16 April, experts and agents from all sectors of the economy will be exchanging ideas and analysing up to ten points of leverage in order to boost economic recovery in Barcelona. The event will take place over these four days in hybrid format, with many sessions being held at Disseny Hub Barcelona. To conclude it, there will be a manifest to guide the city’s economy in the coming years.
Manel Sanmartí, Head of Corporate Development & Technology Transfer of IREC, will be taking part in Barcelona Innovation Coast (BIC) and will moderate the “Innovation: from research to business” conference session on 15th April.
The transfer of knowledge from the academia to the productive environment is key to the competitiveness of companies. This BIC session will talk about obstacles and opportunities in a constructive dialogue.
