The Dr. Lluc Canals, research of the Energy Systems Analytics, talks about how to fight the Energy Poverty from science and research. The main contribution of IREC to empower energy poverty affected people is to develop a fast method to do energy audits through smart meter readings and participate to monitor the thermal comfort of several households to provide useful tools to analyze and easily explain the energy invoice.
