The Energy for Society Network (XRE4S) has begun to hold meetings in different parts of the Catalan territory to get to know the different research groups of the network that work in the energy sector . The coordinator of this network, IREC, has already visited the groups of the UdG in Girona, ICMAB, ICN2 and IMB-CNM in Bellaterra and the UPC’s groups located in Terrassa.
On December 2019 the XRE4S will meet the groups located in Barcelona and Vic. At last, they will visit the groups located in Tarragona and Lleida in January 2020.
The goal of the meetings is to learn about the technologies and products being developed by the research groups and jointly determine the support in recovery and transfer that can be given as a network.
During the meetings, the promoter team presented the valorisation and transfer program to the researchers, highlighting the tasks that have been carried out, such as the capabilities map of the members of the XRE4S as well as activities scheduled for the coming months.
