TransHEner is an AEI-MICINN funded project that stands for “Leveraging of Horizon Europe to boost Spanish energy transition and associated economic growth“. The project starts in January 2021 and will run for 2 years.
The objective of the project is to provide the beneficiary entities with a stable structure and the necessary knowledge for the promotion and adequate preparation and management of European projects, so that they improve their positioning and their possibilities of obtaining financing from the European Union through of Horizon Europe, during the period of execution of the activity related the grant.
The project is led by Federico Noris from the CD&KTT Unit at IREC, which will work closely with the UdG (Project Management Unit) at the institute. This will promote actions and strengthen the R&D support structure to encourage the participation of the institute and its stakeholders and innovation ecosystem associated with Horizon Europe.
This project (ECT2020-000704) is financed with 205.817,00 € under the “Europa Redes y Gestores – Europa Centros Tecnológicos: Ayudas correspondientes a la convocatoria Europa Redes y Gestores –Europa centros tecnológicos del año 2020, del programa estatal de generación de Conocimiento y fortalecimiento científico y tecnológico del sistema de I+D+i del Plan estatal de investigación científica y técnica y de innovación 2017-2020.”
