The Centre Cívic Joan Oliver “Pere Quart” (Barcelona) has published an interview to Lluc Canals, a senior researcher in the Energy Systems Analytics group at IREC. The interview (in Catalan) is entitled “We want to fight energy poverty in our neighbourhoods, also from a science and research“. He talks about how to tackle energy poverty nearby us, in the framework of the European project EmpowerMed.
