What is PlemCat CALL FOR INTEREST all about?

PlemCat invites technology developers, manufacturers and research institutions to apply for access to the platform’s offshore and onshore testing infrastructure. The platform is designed to accommodate projects at any stage of development, from early-stage component testing (TRL 3) through to full-scale prototype deployment and pre-commercial validation (TRL 9).
With three available floating berths, a dedicated 66 kV grid connection, an environmental monitoring buoy and dedicated port logistics support, PlemCat offers a complete and fully operational testing environment. No other comparable facility exists in the Mediterranean Sea.
The call is open on a rolling basis. Applicants are invited to submit an expression of interest at any time. Evaluation is carried out by the PlemCat technical committee in coordination with IREC and the relevant authorities.
