Training in research outcomes for Sustainable Energy Access and Climate Action Plans

In the framework of the SEACAP 4 SDG project, in which the IREC Thermal Energy and Building group participates, a training session is organized on the main results, tools and methodologies generated in previous European projects, aimed at reducing the energy impact of public buildings.

The objective of this training is, on the one hand, the transfer of generated knowledge, as well as helping the municipalities, and the companies that work with them, in the creation or updating of the new Action Plan for Sustainable Energy and the Climate (PAESC).

The training program, focuses on the use and exploitation of the solutions and results available for the planning and implementation of the retroffiting process of public buildings (e.g, good practices, tools, methodologies) developed by European projects of research focused on the Mediterranean. Selected results in the framework of SEACAP 4SDG are available at the following LINK.

The training sessions will be online. They will take place during the period from October to mid-November 2022.
